Today we celebrate nine years of iConsult and it’s time for some reflection.
In nine years we have:
Moved offices four times having, most recently, sold our old premises and built a new one!
Samantha Roughley LLB,MSc became a Mum and a wife.
Have worked with over fifty Geotechnical Businesses, many of whom we still work with today.
Gained over 140 recommendations from clients and candidates who have worked with us.
Won or been nominated for 8 Awards.
Survived a pandemic despite only being a small consultancy.
Changed our business model to concentrate on providing a Retained Engagement service rather than a contingent one, offering our clients a high end, bespoke service which is extremely cost effective to them.
Helped fresh graduates into their first roles in the industry and assisted more experienced candidates, up to Associate level, to progress up the career ladder.
Despite some set backs, namely Covid, iConsult continues to thrive. All in all it’s been a great nine years and we continue to move forward. In the past four weeks alone, we have placed nine candidates with our retained client base.
Times and the industry inevitably change. iConsult, however, will always hold fast to the principle which drives us each day – to put our clients and candidates at the centre of everything we do. We look forward to what the year ahead brings.
